Utilize eEye Retina Network Scanner and ACAS Security Center and Nessus Scanners to scan and record the IA vulnerabilities on all ABCS systems under GDIT and provide the POA&M to the IA Officer. Install Java patches and security updates on the Tactical Mission Command systems.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and configuration of CPOF systems. Monitor all servers on VMs, while installing updates, AV software definitions, and security patches.

Senior Field Technician

Conducted onsite computer warranty repair work for Dell, IBM, Compac, Lexmark, and Sony desktops and laptops. Installed and reinstalled operating systems, removed viruses and spyware, and troubleshot and repaired hardware, software, and networking issues.

Accomplishments:

·   Replaced 54 HDDs at the Fort Polk Library with a new image that fixed a number of bugs that was causing their computers to freeze up at times or lose needed work that had been done during training classes.

·   Replaced the motherboards in the Dell Optiplex Small Form Factor systems in my area that was causing the systems to overheat and causing my customers lose valuable business.
